Today I kept thinkng are we going to be with our families after we die?  The Lord promises we are.  So I guess the question is do we have the faith to work as hard as we can so we can be with them.  

I Also went to  viewing  and there in a frame was a saying It was like a message to me.  It said:

I would rather live my life believing in God and when I die to find there was not one than to live my life not believing in God and have a god when I died.  It puts like in a different persepective.

When thoughts come into my head I know they are help from above.  I Also know that cercumstances that come up are also from God.  I am so glad and thankful that I have God in my life,

Today I thank you Lord for the warm feelings of you by my side yesterday.  There are days when I just need to know and feel you there.  I pray for those who do not have a safe haven to keep them warm this winter.  I pray for those who are suffering from cancer and other illnesses.  
I am sending my niece a quilt today.  Her mother my sister-in-law passed away this year.  We miss her so much.  She was such a fun loving person and so active.  I miss her phone calls and her pictures on facebook.  The quilt I am sending is done in her favorite color and I really wanted to keep it however deep inside I know my niece will cherish it.  My niece has MS and just keep going.

I have another one just about done and that one I will keep for me.  

Going to be a busy day for me today but I thank the Lord for helping me get everything done.

Today is a good day.  It is a busy day but a good busy day.  I have been doing some sewing and I am almost done with a quilt I am making for my oldest daughter.  

 These are my lilies from this year.  Thank you Lord they make me happy.

Daughters quilt all I need is two more boarders and it will be ready to quilt.  

This is the quilt I did for my granddaughter that just got married.  

I will probably do another in this pattern I really liked how it turned out. 

Well it is lunchtime and I am going to go fix Mr a sandwish.

I have been absent for quite a while.  Had the stomach flue and that really put me down for about two weeks.  My mind has been a whirl lately.  Last week I was really doing great but this week not so much.  I have discovered more arthritis growth on my left side of my foot and it is making it really hard to wear certain shoes.  I have been trying to just spend a couple of hours cleaning then doing something fun for the day.  Lately everything I cook is not good enough for Mr.  We have been married almost 50 years and why is he complaining now?  I have been working on a fun project which I will put pictures of later.  The good Lord has blessed me so much lately and I am feeling guilty for being such a hum bug.  We lost a great person last week.  Our cousin Fred went to meet God.  He was so wonderful and will be so greatly missed.  

The older we get the harder it is to lose people we love.  I pray everyone has a good week and I am going to try to perk up and enjoy the rest of the week.
